 Matrine (Matridin-15-one) 是一种在槐属植物中发现的生物碱,可作为 kappa 阿片受体和 u-受体激动剂。Matrine 具有多种药理作用,包括抗癌、抗氧化应激、抗炎和抗凋亡作用,可用于人类非小细胞肺癌、肝癌、甲状腺乳头状癌和急性肾损伤 (AKI) 等疾病的研究。
