药理药效:薯蓣皂素是一种植物类固醇,诱导结肠癌细胞凋亡和诱导骨肉瘤细胞凋亡,细胞周期阻滞和COX活性。

熔点: 205-208°C
沸点: 527.1 °C at 760 mmHg
比旋光度: D25 -129° (c = 1.4 in CHCl3)
外观: 白色至淡黄色片状或针状结晶
溶解性: 二氯甲烷:5mg/ml(需超声)
乙醇:1mg/ml(需超声)
DMSO:基本不溶
HPLC检测建议用二氯甲烷溶解后再用甲醇稀释,纯甲醇溶解性不好。
储存条件: 2-8℃
