 Biotin (Vitamin B7) 是一种水溶性维生素 B，是人体五种羧化酶的辅酶，参与脂肪酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸的合成，并参与糖异生。Biotin 是细胞生长、脂肪酸产生以及脂肪和氨基酸代谢的必需物质。

沸点： 573.6 °C at 760 mmHg
比旋光度： 89 ° (C=1, 0.1N NAOH)
外观： 白色结晶性粉末
