产品介绍

 Neomycin sulfate 是一种氨基糖苷类抗生素,通过核 30S 核糖体亚单位的不可逆结合发挥抗菌活性 (antibacterial),从而阻断细菌蛋白质的合成。Neomycin sulfate 是一种已知的磷脂酶C (PLC) 抑制剂。Neomycin sulfate 能抑制血管生成素的核转位和血管生成素诱导的细胞增殖和血管生成。

溶解性: H2O  :  250  mg/mL  (275.06  mM;  Need  ultrasonic)
敏感性: 对光和湿度敏感
储存条件: 2-8℃
用途: 在没有影响神经元Na+/Ca2+ 反向转运蛋白(antiporter)的情况下阻断电压灵敏的Ca2+ 通道。 结合到核糖体30S 和 50S 亚单位引起蛋白错误编码;在蛋白合成起间抑制起始和延长。 抗菌谱: 革兰氏阴性和阳性细菌。
