用途：	分离DNA和RNA期间使核苷酸酶蛋白失活。去除内毒素对阳离子蛋白的约束，如溶菌酶和核糖核酸酶。研究报告显示用于分离肝，酵母，绿豆线粒体测定细胞膜上的酶用于抗体标记，石蜡包埋组织切片中暴露抗原结合位点。消化脑组织样本中的蛋白质，用于朊病毒的传染性海绵状脑病（TSE）的研究
