- 溶解性: 此产品为粗酶,溶解建议称量多一些,500mg以上。溶剂可以使用水,或者所需要的缓冲液(例如50mM柠檬酸钠缓冲液)等等。此产品含有不溶性载体,酶蛋白可以溶解在水中,您只需要溶解的时候轻轻搅拌,十分钟左右。然后采用过滤或者离心取上清液使用即可。
