产品介绍: 胰岛素是由胰岛β 细胞分泌的一种多肽激素。胰岛素在许多细胞活动中发挥重要作用:如促进糖和氨基酸转运,提高合成代谢降低分解代谢,刺激细胞生长等等。胰岛素是无血清哺乳动物细胞培养基中的普遍添加物质。

重组人胰岛素为重组技术生产的由 51 个氨基酸残基组成的多肽,本品为白色或类白色结晶性粉末,在水、乙醇和乙醚中几乎不溶,在稀盐酸和稀氢氧化钠溶液中易溶。

使用说明: 胰岛素在无血清培养基中的浓度一般在 5~20mg/L。针对不同的细胞系,需要选择最合适的浓度。

重组人胰岛素以粉末状态供应,-18℃以下冷冻保存。使用之前溶解,一般用盐酸溶液(10mM)制成每 1ml 中含胰岛素 1~2mg 的储备液,然后除菌过滤,滤液分装后可在-20℃条件下保存 6 个月。应避免反复冻融。

外观: 白色粉末
溶解性: 在稀盐酸和稀氢氧化钠中易溶
储存条件: -20℃
