- 体内研究:
在L-CI.5sT细胞淋巴模型中,SB-3CT (5-50 毫克/千克/天,腹腔注射)有效抑制肝癌细胞转移,并提高小鼠的存活率。 SB-3CT (50 毫克/千克/天,腹腔注射)抑制骨转移模型中人前列腺癌细胞的生长,骨质溶解以及血管生成。 在栓子引起的“永久性”脑缺血小鼠模型中,SB-3CT阻碍神经元层粘连蛋白的退化,保护神经元免受缺血性细胞死亡的损害,并改善栓子MCA阻塞后神经行为产生的结果
