- 体外研究:
Methylene Blue可能抑制NO合成酶或通过产生超氧阴离子,直接使一氧化氮失活。除了干扰一氧化氮换鸟苷酸途径,Methylene Blue直接激活钙离子依赖性的钾通道来增强去甲肾上腺素从细胞内的释放
- 体内研究:
Methylene Blue抑制鸟苷酸环化酶,减少C-GMP和血管平滑松弛。当进行静脉注射时,亚甲蓝在甲状旁腺积累,从而在外科手术中借以其颜色来判断这些内部结构。在啮齿类的药动学实验揭示,血管内进行MB给药将导致MB在中枢神经细胞中迅速广泛的积累
- 细胞实验: Cell lines: 未成熟的成神经细胞 Concentrations: 10 μM Incubation Time: 2 h Method: 从新生大鼠的室管膜下层分离出来的未成熟的成神经细胞,在单细胞培养模型中,分化成γ氨基丁酸所介导神经元,用此神经元细胞用于后续实验。在体外实验中,第6天,用MB对细胞培养物进行处理2h,处理完48小时后,检测细胞树突分枝结构及生存情况
