- 介绍: 非特异性自由基清除剂。抗氧化剂。;Non-specific free radical scavenger. Anti-oxidant.;几乎无味。本品在水中几乎不溶,水中溶解度:1 g/L (20°C) 。溶于10% NaOH溶液,溶于脂肪族溶剂。在乙醇、氯仿、乙醚中易溶。 抗氧化剂和作为如丙酮酸脱氢酶(pyruvate dehydrogenase) 和甘氨酸脱羧酶(glycine decarboxylase)的辅酶,外源性硫辛酸被细胞内两种或多种酶还原。这种还原形式影响了细胞清除自由基的进程。增加谷胱甘肽(glutathione)合成, 调控转录因子活性。降低了巨噬细胞髓磷脂的吞噬作用。α-LA可以恢复高脂肪喂养的糖尿病大鼠的内皮活动,并减轻氧化应激。它还用于分析星形胶质细胞中的ROS 产生。;α-Lipoic acid (LA), a nutritional component found in vegetables and meat, has both antioxidant and oxidant properties. LA exerts therapeutic potential to many diseases like liver cirrhosis, heavy metal poisoning, and diabetic polyneuropathy. LA exerts apoptotic potential in cancer cells either by oxidative stress related pathway or by activation of caspases.DL-Thioctic acid acid has been used in in vitro lipoylation studies and in the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC)-pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDHK) functional assay.It has also been used to investigate its antioxidative effect on developing cerebellum of rats exposed to arsenic during postnatal period;DL-Thioctic acid can reinstate endothelial activities and alleviate oxidative stress in high-fat fed diabetic rats. It has also been used to analyze ROS production in astrocytes
