经典胶原纤维染色,可区分胶原纤维和肌纤维。 注意事项:染核后能更容易区分胶原纤维和肌纤维,本试剂盒采用经典的Weigert苏木素。其结果为:胶原纤维呈蓝色,胞核呈蓝褐色肌纤维、红细胞等呈红色。
