产品介绍

酶活:2万U/g

活力定义:在50℃、pH值为4.8的条件下,每分钟降解木聚糖溶液释放1umol还原糖所需要的酶量为一个酶活力单位(u)。

适用的pH范围:4.0-5.5。

温度范围:30-60℃。

溶解性: 产品使用前用水或者缓冲液搅拌十分钟,不溶物是载体,酶都会溶于水,直接离心取上清液或者过滤使用,不会影响活性
储存条件: 2-8℃
用途: 半纤维素酶是一种pH在酸和中性条件下的半纤维素酶制剂,用于降解半纤维素。特别适合应用于饲料、食品、乙醇和废水处理工业。
