性状:粉末。

介绍:可催化含酚基化合物(如酪氨酸、酚类化合物等)氧化成醌的酶。此类酶广泛存在于自然界,植物中分布很广,如马铃薯、茶叶、漆树乳汁中含量相当高。高等动物的皮肤、毛发、角膜中的黑色素也是由于此酶氧化酪氨酸所生成的产物。蘑菇等菌类及其他微生物中也产生此类酶。通常从野蘑菇中提取,系生物催化剂之一,含有铜离子的蛋白质。等电点<5.0;含氮量约13.6%。含铜量约0.25%。紫外吸收峰在273nm和330nm处。

溶解性: 产品可以用水或者缓冲液溶解,建议现配现用,用不完部分尽量4℃储存,尽快使用。溶液形式不能冻融,冻融会导致失活。
储存条件: -20℃
用途: 它催化酪氨酸氧化成多巴和多巴进一步氧化成能产生黑色素的前体物——多巴醌。
