活力定义:每个单位乳糖酶为在pH4.5,37℃下每分钟分解oNPG产生1 µmol的oNP(邻硝基酚)所需要的酶量

温度范围:5℃~65℃,蕞佳温度为55℃~60℃         

pH范围:有效pH为3.0~8.0,蕞佳pH为4.0~5.5
